Enjoy the absolute lakeside location of our Deluxe Lake Spa pool area. This peaceful, family-friendly space welcomes guests of all ages to unwind in a quiet setting. It features one cold plunge pool for hydrotherapy benefits, 4 alkaline pools, and 1 acidic geothermal pool. Geothermally heated recliners and deluxe changing rooms with toiletries, lockers, and towels provided complete the experience.
Relax and rejuvenate in the historic Pavilion Pools, reserved for adults and young adults 12 years and over. This area features 8 calming geothermal hot pools, a foot reflexology walk, and a deep pool for exercising and swimming. PLEASE NOTE: The booking times shown are indicative only. You can arrive anytime between 9am and 10:00pm by choosing the closest time to your expected arrival.
The Family Pools provide a fun, family-friendly environment with a large heated swimming pool, a small hydro slide, and two soothing Rachel Spring mineral hot pools. Lifeguards are on duty, and families can enjoy safe, supervised fun. Towels and swimwear are available to hire or purchase. Please note that there may be a 30–60 minute wait to enter the pools as we adhere to maximum capacity limits for everyone’s safety. While you wait, we invite you to relax at our on-site 88Ra Café, where you can enjoy delicious gelato, meals, fresh juices, smoothies, and a range of treats.

5. DELUXE LAKE SPA Pools with PAVILION Pools
The Deluxe Double Dipper combines our all-inclusive Deluxe Lake Spa Pools with the Pavilion Adult Pools. Enjoy 13 geothermal pools, heated recliners, a cold plunge pool, a deep exercise pool, and a foot reflexology walk. PLEASE NOTE: The Pavilion Pools have an age restriction of 12 years and older.
6. FAMILY Pools with Deluxe Lake Spa or Lake View
Make memories with our Family Double Dipper packages – perfect for all ages. Choose from the Family Double Dipper or the Ultimate Family Double Dipper, each combining the fun of the Family Pools with either the Deluxe Lake Spa or a Lake View Private Pool. Enjoy warm geothermal water, beautiful lake views, and a relaxing space for everyone. Packages include a freshly pressed juice or Little Lato gelato, depending on your selection. During busy periods, there may be a 30–60 minute wait to enter the pools. While you wait, unwind at 88Ra Café with fresh meals, juices, smoothies, gelato, and more.
7. DELUXE LAKE SPA with a Lake View Private Pool
The Ultimate Double Dipper bathing package includes a Lake View Private Pool plus access to the Deluxe Lake Spa bathing area and lounge facilities. PLEASE NOTE: A minimum of 2 adults, 16 years or older, are required to book and attend the private pool for a 45-minute session.
8. PAVILION POOLS with a private pool experience
Choose from our Private Pools to add to your Pavilion Pool experience: Lake View Private Pools with panoramic views of Lake Rotorua (Romantic Deluxe Double Dipper); or our Sky View Private Pools with an open roof for sky views (Romantic Double Dipper).
